We believe that golfers will benefit the most from a healthy and efficient body. There are infinite ways to swing a golf club, but the most efficient way for each player is based on their physical capabilities. Our goal s to improve mobility, stability, strength, and power. We want to increase a golfer’s resiliency and decrease injury risk. We strive to improve a golfer’s body-swing connection and therefore enhance their golf game.
We take a collaborative approach, working together with our team and bringing in PGA golf instructors and other professionals to help get you where you want to be.
By utilizing video analysis, golf movement-specific screens, we can determine where a player is lacking physically. We can then utilize golf-specific training exercises, manual therapy, massage, acupuncture, and mobility training to improve a player’s strength, power, agility, and consistency. Improvements in these areas create a more efficient golfer and golf swing that translates from the gym to the driving range to the course. During the same time, we partner with your local PGA golf pro if you have one, otherwise we are able to provide you with an expert to help with the more technical aspects of your game to fine tune your swing, short game, and help with course management.
